We are excited to present “Yoga with Katherine” at Run With It on Thursdays at 6:30PM-7:30PM. Beginning June 8th.
Katherine Sculthorpe is a RYT 200 certified yoga teacher. She teaches power, sculpt, and vinyasa flow. As a runner of 30 years, she is focusing this class on range of motion through movement and posterior chain flexibility for runners and athletes.
