Run With It is open 7 days a week for footwear fittings and other running, walking, or Pickleball need.

Monday-Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm

Sundays 12:00pm-4:00pm

Tuesday Night Run!
Come join us at Run With It every Tuesday night at 5:30 for a group run! We have a diverse group of runners and walkers of every skill level! Join us for post run brews and social after!
Recommended course is Mooney Rd/ Kenwood area with a water stop off of Country Club!
We recommend visible clothing and lights when running in the dark!
Yoga with Katherine!
Yoga friends, it’s what you‘ve been asking for! We are excited to present “Yoga with Katherine” at Run With It on Thursdays from 6:30PM-7:30PM.
Thursdays- Beginner yoga class- $20
Katherine Sculthorpe is a RYT 200 certified yoga teacher. She teaches power, sculpt, and vinyasa flow.

Pickleball Open Play
Hey Pickleball friends! Open Play Fridays at Pickleball at the Palms, Ft. Walton Beach. If you love playing on the indoor court, here’s the schedule:
Fridays from 11AM to 1PM Novice open play- 2 hours for only $5 per player. Fridays from 4PM to 6PM Intermediate open play- 2 hours for only $5 per player. Go to the Court Reserve app and find Pickleball at the Palms. Look under Events to reserve a spot! Only 8 spots available per session so reserve yours soon!
