In-Store Return Policy

For purchases made in-store we offer exchanges or in-store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Please provide the original receipt and packaging the product came with upon return. 

Run With It Reserves the right to deny a return on shoes that have been blemished or worn.

Shipping

In-store pickup- 21 Racetrack Rd NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547

Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours and can be picked up Monday through Friday.

Shipping rates

• We have a flat rate shipping cost of $10
• We offer free standard shipping on orders that are $199 or more

Processing time

Orders may take 48 hours to be processed and shipped (Monday-Friday). Expect longer processing times during the holidays.

Online Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns of unworn/unused merchandise within 30 days of ship date. Run With It reserves the right to deny worn or blemished merchandise. As we will accept returns, we unfortunately cannot provide a return shipping label.

• For returns on shoes, there must be no signs of wear, dirt, or grime. We also ask that shoes be sent back in the same box they are delivered in, with all original materials included. It is recommended that shoes be tested on clean or carpeted floors.
• For returns on apparel, there must be no signs of wear, dirt, or grime, and all tags must still be attached and undamaged.
• For returns on pickleball paddles, they must be completely unused and sealed in their original packaging. We will not accept any returns if packaging seals are broken or damaged.
